Strom Sports Quatrefolic is a high-quality methylfolate supplement delivering 400μg of Quatrefolic® per tablet – the advanced, bioavailable form of folate (5-MTHF) your body can use directly. Unlike standard folic acid, which must be converted through multiple steps before becoming active, Quatrefolic® bypasses this conversion entirely, supporting those with genetic variations or impaired folate metabolism.

• 400μg Quatrefolic® per tablet – Bioavailable methylfolate for superior absorption
• Bypasses folic acid conversion – Ideal for those with MTHFR gene variations
• Supports general wellbeing – Plays a vital role in cell function and methylation pathways
• Clean and effective – Backed by Gnosis by Lesaffre, with a focus on quality and purity
• 120 tablets per tub – Four-month supply at one tablet per day

Quatrefolic® is the glucosamine salt form of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) – structurally identical to the reduced, active folate found naturally in the body. This fourth-generation folate, developed by Gnosis by Lesaffre, offers superior stability, water solubility, and bioavailability, making it an ideal choice for advanced nutritional support.

Whether you're looking to support methylation, cognitive health, pregnancy planning, or overall wellbeing, Strom's Quatrefolic delivers precision and potency in every dose.
