SUGGESTED USE
Shake well before use. Mix 1/2 serving (1 tbsp) with 12–16oz of water for beginner use, or 1 serving (2 tbsp) with 24–32oz of water 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 1 serving within 24 hours. Maintain adequate hydration throughout the day.
