Each full two-scoop serving provides 4,000mg of L-Citrulline, 3,200mg of Beta-Alanine, 3,000mg of Creatine Monohydrate and 2,500mg of Betaine Anhydrous, alongside 400mg of total caffeine from Caffeine Anhydrous, Infinergy™ and CognatiQ®. Added Choline Bitartrate, Juniper Berry Extract, Juglans Regia Leaf Extract, Pink Himalayan Salt and Magnesium complete this comprehensive high-strength pre-workout formula.
Mix one or two scoops (9.5-19g) with 150-350ml of cold water. Shake well for 30 seconds, allow to rest for 15 seconds, then consume approximately 15 minutes before training.
