Each full two-scoop serving delivers 5,000mg of L-Glutamine, 4,000mg of Taurine and a balanced blend of sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and chloride. Fortified with vitamin B6 and chromium, Pro Hydrate provides a convenient hydration solution with negligible amounts of carbohydrates, sugars, protein and fat.
Mix one or two scoops (7.5-15g) with 250-500ml of cold water. Shake well for 30 seconds, allow to rest for 15 seconds, then consume any time before, during or after training.
